This cheerful little painting was completed after viewing Van Gogh's sunflower paintings at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York city. I came back to my studio inspired to spread thick, luscious brushstrokes across the canvas. It is my second post on Daily Paintworks, and I just received and email from someone who wants to purchase it! I will hate to part with it, as I do all of my paintings!
